  Rates for Professional Services We price all of our engagements for clients within the state of Texas using the rate table shown below.  For rates without travel, we bill our clients for all travel, lodging, and meal expenses incurred, without markup.  For rates with travel, we bill at the higher rate shown, but absorb all travel expenses ourselves. Our preference is to use this rate table as a basis to negotiate fixed-price contracts for each specific engagement with our clients.
